Slacklining


Slacklining can be performed in various forms: walking, doing yoga on the slackline, bouncing, highlining, free solo higlining... Once set the slackline is static, not moving. All the shakiness, vibrations, dissonant movements that you feel on it are coming from you. It is a very good tool to tune into your inner physical and spiritual state.
